Springlearning is an educational platform that offers in-person and online courses focused on developing creative and technological skills. All content provided is for educational purposes only. Springlearning does not guarantee direct employability or official government certifications unless expressly stated.

The use of software such as Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, Unreal Engine, Canva, and ChatGPT is subject to the licenses of their respective developers. Springlearning is not responsible for the misuse of these programs outside the educational environment.

Acceptance of the Terms

By enrolling in any of our plans or services, the student (or their legal guardian if underage) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in access being revoked without a refund.

Registration, Payments and Refunds

  • Classes are scheduled by session or as part of a full plan.

  • Payments must be made in advance.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Last-minute cancellations will not be refundable.

  • If a class is canceled by Springlearning, the unused portion will be refunded proportionally.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • All materials, guides, exercises, images, and resources provided by Springlearning are the intellectual property of Springlearning or used under an educational license.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or sale of materials without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

  • Projects created by students during classes are their intellectual property, but Springlearning reserves the right to showcase excerpts for promotional or educational purposes (with prior authorization).

  • All materials, guides, exercises, images, and resources provided by Springlearning are the intellectual property of Springlearning or are used under an educational license.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or sale of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Projects created by students during class are their own intellectual property; however, Springlearning reserves the right to showcase portions of these projects for promotional or educational purposes (with prior authorization).

  • Offensive language, harassment, plagiarism, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • The student must maintain respect towards classmates, instructors and the environment.

  • In the event of serious violations, participation may be suspended without reimbursement.

  • Personal data from students and/or guardians is used solely for internal educational and administrative purposes.

  • Springlearning does not sell or share data with third parties.

  • You may request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to springlearning7@gmail.com.

  • Springlearning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Active learners will be notified by email or on the web platform.
